Hey! I’m the coach behind Go Great Runs.

I discovered running during lockdown in 2020, starting with a shaky 10K that left me sore for a week. But eventually, it became my anchor, leading me to my first half-marathon, then a marathon, and eventually an ultra: 60km along Australia’s Great Ocean Road.

Running has taught me that growth comes from discomfort, and that strength is about more than distance - it’s about mental resilience, wellbeing, and balance. Coming from a background where women weren’t always encouraged to move their bodies, I want to show that it’s never too late to start, and that sport belongs to everyone, at any age, in any body.

As a certified coach, I offer structured, sustainable, and fun training plans to help others build endurance, confidence, and joy in their running journey. Beyond running, I also share tools for holistic wellness - from nourishing recipes to productivity tips, because true performance comes from caring for both mind and body.

Whether you’re chasing your first 5K, a marathon finish line, or simply more balance in your life, I’m here to support you in finding your strength.
